Mission
The Afrodescendant Leadership Alliance (ALA) is a non-profit organization focused on empowering Black leaders and providing them with the resources and tools that they need to succeed.
By bringing together emerging Black leaders with inspirational speakers and industry professionals, the ALA aims to help Black leaders improve their leadership skills, networking, and business acumen to spin a flywheel of opportunity, progress and philanthropy.

The Afrodescendant Leadership Alliance (ALA) is a non-profit dedicated to empowering young afrodescendant Canadians with the skills, resources, and community support they need to lead and thrive, with a special focus on leadership, entrepreneurship and trade.

Where emerging Black leaders learn how to create wealth and reinvest it back in their communities.
Angel Investor Program
Gain the critical skills needed to evaluate and invest in early-stage startups.
Black Youth Excellence
Develop university students by providing them with the guidance and tools to maximize their entry into the workforce.

Fostering economic, trade, and cultural relations between Canada, Africa, and the Caribbean.
