Program

The Black Youth Excellence (BYE) program is a dynamic initiative designed to empower CÉGEP and university-level Black students across Canada.

Our mission is to foster academic, professional, and personal growth through a supportive and resource-rich environment. To date, we’ve helped over 60 students gain the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive. We achieve this by leveraging the experience of ALA’s members, the dedication of BYE program leaders, and by building strong partnerships with corporate players who share our commitment to advancing Black excellence.

Hosted by our esteemed partners, the session offered invaluable insights into navigating professional spaces, the importance of networking, continuous learning, and thriving in corporate environments.

From real-world advice to networking with industry leaders, this experience was more than just a presentation—it was a launchpad for future success.
