As part of Black History Month, our Black Youth Excellence students were invited to a special event hosted at CDPQ’s Montreal offices, in collaboration with the ALA and CDPQ’s diversity group, Carrefour Diversité.
The event featured inspiring career journeys shared by CDPQ professionals Ndeye Amy Faye, Quessia Sindayigaya, and Tekogan Hemazro, in a dynamic conversation moderated by Alexander Sinora, co-founder of ALA.
Our students had the unique opportunity to:
Engage directly with professionals from diverse fields
Discuss internship and career possibilities
Immerse themselves in a powerful afternoon of learning, networking, and inspiration
This experience was a meaningful step in our mission to empower Black university students and help them thrive in the professional world.
