Black Youth Excellence

Applications Closed

Applications are now closed. Please stay tuned for our next opening in 2026.

The Black Youth Excellence (BYE) program empowers Black CÉGEP and university students across Canada by fostering academic, professional, and personal growth through mentorship, resources, and partnerships with ALA members and committed corporate allies.

If you are in third year and above, we strongly recommend applying to become a Fellow in the Black Wealth Club (BWC) cohort instead.

Must be residing in Canada to apply.
