Entrepreneurship

Collision Conference: To kick off Collision Conference we brought together entrepreneurial ecosystem participants at the Microsoft Canada Toronto headquarters. This event united founders, investors, operators, and experts in a discussion about 'Building Tech-Driven Ventures for a Diverse Future.' Thanks to Microsoft and Black Founders Network for their collaboration. Thanks to Mayor Patrick Brown for recognizing our collaborative efforts!

University Outreach

CDPQ <> ALA: Our University Outreach program, Black Youth Excellence, continues to empower the next generation of leaders in consulting, finance, and technology. Recently, we hosted a successful CDPQ Networking event and information session, connecting our cohort members with valuable opportunities and insights. We're thrilled to see the enthusiasm in our community for firm tours and networking to secure internships.

On October 24th, 2023 over 300 of you joined us for our inaugural ALA Gala around the theme of convergence.

It was a chance for us to pull back the curtain on everything we’ve been up to since inception, share some of what is to come, celebrate all of you that have made this possible, network with peers, our sponsors and partners, and have fun! Lots of fun!

Thanks for making it a wonderful evening.
